Enclosure is made of aluminum alloy whose content of magnesium and titanium is less than 7.5%, and good impact resistance can withstand the impact over 7J;
- Flameproof structure design
The transparent covers are made of toughened glass with good light transmittance, and impact resistance which can withstand the impact of 4J;
- LED module
Integral lamp board with high brightness lamp board is supplied by AC220V directly. Fewer electronic components reduce the incidence of faults. The aluminum base board is made of aluminum plate, which is high thermal conductive small thermal resistance and fast heat conduction.
Special designed circuit module is with good protection function.
The function of luminous flux compensation can reduce lumens depreciation and ensure the luminous efficiency of LED lamp.

- Heat dissipation
Enclosure is die casted of aluminum alloy with high voltage electrostatic powder coated surface after shot blasting to ensure good weather resistance.
Conductive silicon wafer between LED aluminum base board and aluminum alloy enclosure, can improve the heat transmission and lower the temperature of the LED aluminum base board.
Number of heat dissipation fins on the enclosure can enlarge the area of enclosure and effectively dissipate heat through air flow, which controls LED working temperature in optimum range, lower LED light failure and extends the service life of the LED;
